What type of OBD II scanner are you using?

Anyways, this should help you:

http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?cmd=print&id=838322

p2195 - Air/Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Sensor 1) Signal Stuck Lean
p2197 - Front Air/Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Bank 2, Sensor 1) Signal Stuck Lean

Sounds like your primary O2 sensor is dead, dying, or malfunctioning.

*Edit* BTW; I merged both of your threads on this topic into one thread.

Try changing the type of gas you are using.
If you are using an oxygenated gas ( Gas with Alcohol/Ethonal mixture) will cause the oxygen sensors to report that error code.

I had that problem and the dealership I went to changed all of my O2 sensors and I still had that problem.

I decided to change the type of gas that I was using and I haven't had that problem since October of 2004.
