NexsoN is right.. not only will it sag if you get the wrong springs, but the shocks will bottom out and blow due to the low spring rates. Get the right one... btw, Tein S-techs will sag quite a bit over time so be sure you want that much of a drop.

I find it odd the 4 cyl uses stiffer rates than the heavier v6. Good info though.

Yea dude. I never quite understood the logic behind this but my guess is it was to achieve the desired drop rather than provide proper ride/performance. Which is the main reason I personally went with Eibach Sportlines instead

You're gonna hear lots of diff opinions on this (cause it's really an opinion)... depending on what type of height/feel you're looking for but here are some options.

Tein:
Htech - F: 1.4" R: 0.7"
Stech (as stated above)

Eibach:
Pro-kit - F: 1.3" R: 1.2" (not a good look though.. front is too high in comparison to back)
Sportline - F: 1.9" R: 1.4" (the rear will almost tuck, front has about 1 1/2 finger gap)

H&R:
OE Spec - F: .75" R: .5"
Sport Spec - F: 1.5" R: 1.3"
Race Spec - F: 2" R: 1.7"

There are more.. but those seem to be the most popular/recommended. Hope this helps!
