What has already been said. I've had mine for a few weeks now. I have the HeelToe specs rather than the generic ones.

Same Heel and Toe set Version 2 Type 1 with Ingalls rear camber. Ive actually raised the front a 1/4 inch but was scared to go higher since theres a lot of exposed thread coming out the sleeve.

This will lower the crap out of your car, I daily drive mine in South Florida.

I have them and i Daily mine as well and i love it. It is stiffer than stock definitely but not that bad at all. It reminds me of the suspension on our Genesis R-Spec. But they slam real low BUT.... that's only if you slam it. It raises up plenty for me if i want to lift it up. Raised up id say it looks like a Eibach Spring Drop.

I had these on an Integra. It's pretty bumpy with a super dump, if I did it all over again I probably would have skipped the type 1's.

Get the Type 2 if you can afford it. The ride is MUCH better.
