LCA lower control arm problem

Okay, I have an 03 6-6. And one main Thing that's wrong with my car is that upon acceleration, my car will vibrate and shake. And if I brake from high speeds or even sometimes in lower speeds, my car will shake violently and sometimes ill even feel it in my steering wheel. I always assumed its my brake rotors with a combination of one of my wheels being very slightly bent. But recently I've been noticing more and more that The front of my car makes subtle noise when going over bumps as if something is loose. And backing out of my driveway where there's a little bump where my driveway meets the street, I always hear/feel it. So now I'm thinking an LCA problem either a balljoint or bushing? I'd really like to pin point the problem, I'm pretty sure my bent wheel is causing soooome problem, and my brakes definitely need something too, but I can't shake the feeling it's something else. My car was originally bought and drove around New York city for the first 5 years of its life, assuming that it's true that NYC has some really bad roads (just like Miami... -.-) I'm thinking shocks are messed up too cause I feel alot more of a "floaty" feel from the front that the rear. I just would like some input as to what people think. I'm due for a timing belt change soon, but I'd really not like to have a popped tire/broken brake rotor/ or LCA fall of on me while driving haha. Most likely will be taking it to the mechanic but I'll update this thread until I solve my accords shake.

front LCA bushing tear will cause a thud up and down drive ways and over bumps.

Vibration under braking, is rotors warped.

Vibration during acceleration is wheel balance, or drive shaft axle.

I have the same problem, havent been able to pin point it. My Ball joint snapped and broke my axle and messed up my fender, always thought it was that but started happening again after getting all that fixed. I will check the LCA bushing on mine as well, thanks.

Check the compliance bushings in the front lca's. It is a common problem on the tsx, tl, and accord. It was a new design implemented by honda in 2003-2004.

Here is what heeltoe posted as reason for the compliance bushings:

The issue plagues TSX and TL divers alike, with many TL drivers reporting failures within 60,000 miles.

Heeltoe does offer spherical bushing replacements, but the set is pricey at $300.

You can keep re-using stock bushings but expect to change them every few years.

Wow, these look pretty and interesting, pretty interesting lol...anyone have these installed? I'd imagine the ride quality would suffer a bit.

Some people on acurazine have them installed. Heeltoe installed them on their project tsx.

On my 03 cl, my lca's don't have compliance bushings, but heeltoe let me just purchase the other 2 bushings to try out.

bump from the dead. I bought some moog control arms and lower ball joints. Lets see how the install goes... Ebay has a discount 20 bucks off 100. So might be worth it if you guys need auto parts.
