Possible to spot Id hfp spring shocks?

Is it possible to spot if my car has hfp springs/shocks without disassembling? I'm asking because I'm pretty sure my front shocks are blown, I'm going to replace all 4 with tokico blues, but while I might as well replace the springs too unless they are in fact hfp springs. My car is extremely high though. I can put my fist into my wheel gap in the front, might be because of the 235/50/17's

The hfp springs are a very subtle drop I think it's only like an inch. Followinginfront had them when he had his accord, if yours looks like that, maybe you do have the springs. But it is still high.

Stock though these cars almost look like they have lift kits on them

Yea mine definitely seems stock rather than hfp. But I have the whole lip kit, perforated seats, bigger brakes, factory front strut bar etc. So I don't know why it wouldn't have the hfp spring/shocks. I definitely want shocks. And if I can confirm that I have hfp springs I'll just end up keeping that

I take it your car is a 6-speed... 6-speeds came with everything you just described except the lip kits which were an option... HFP suspension, like the lip kit, was an option and was never part of a package.

Here are a couple pics of my sedan (a week before I traded it in ) with HFP suspension:

I don't think its "too high" at all... I think its a good height.

I must be on stock spring/shocks. My car has a fist sized wheel gap. And ur rears look like they're almost tucking!

The rear wheels on my sedan with hfp suspension just about closes all rear wheel gap, almost tucking. The front has about an inch of gap left.
