Frozen intermediate shaft

Ok so I'm in a bit if an issue started off my oem axle the outter boot had ripped so I got a reman axle put it in and when I first drove the car after the alignment and all it shook really bad out of second gear ... So I then proceeded to replace both front control arm bushings and driver side axle all replaced the front end was tight no play at all. Still shook so then I thought the axle I had put in was faulty so I took the passenger side all apart again and tried the pop the axle...... It would not pop out we tried everything air hammer , pry bar , took the intermediate shaft out with the axle still attach and pulled the axle apart and put a 12 ton press and still it wouldn't come apart... So I'm like man I geuss the c clip got cocked in there so I ordered a new intermediate shaft from Honda 300 later and a new axle popped it right and everything the axle was fully seated out everything back together.. So the car still shook out of second gear like before and the shake is from that side ... Then I went to napa and got a new axle seeing that the remans weren't right after Honda qouted me at 700 for an oem axle and went to pop the new axle out of the new intermediate shaft and what do you know it's froze in there again...... I'm lost at this point I'm really low but I don't think that is why my axle is getting jammed in my intermediate shaft.... If anyone cAn shed some light
I would appreciate it thanks! Btw is 5spd 4cyl

when you got the first axle off the old intermediate shaft were the teeth on it all chewed up? Also when did the vibration start before or after you first replaced the axle shaft?

i think you just don't know how to pop the axle out of the half shaft. It doesn't come out as easy as the axle from the transmission. You have to hit it. prying won't work. I usually put a pry bar against the axle joint and give it a good hit with a hammer. Should come out fairly easy.

when you tell me two got stuck, with two different axles, and two different intermediate shaft. it tell me your doing something wrong.

Ya and we never got the first one separated and I used the same brand axle the second time the axle had a air hammer was hit numerous times and nothing but the car drives just fine with. No issues other then the shake out of second I work on cars all day pretty sure the axle was in correctly thanks though
