knocking/clicking when coils depress

hey guys, so got my tein basic coils installed (1st gen TSX coils on accord sedan i4). ive been driving it the whole day and it was fine until an hr ago when i got home, the passenger side front coils sounds like its knocking or clicking when it is being depressed. like for example, a bump, dip, or even if you use your hands and put pressure on that side.

what could be the cause of this? it MAY be the coils itself as i bought them used, and i believe the last owner put 30-40k on them. but the whole day it was fine.

ive also read somewhere that it may be overtightened or something?

im not slammed or anything, 2 finger gap up front and 1 finger in the rear.
