Getting GC/Koni lower

I recently bought some gc sleeves with 7 inch springs and 14k spring rates for my coupe and cannot get the front to go any lower. I have seen some members on this forum go lower than i am with the same setup but cant figure out what they did differently. I am on the bottom thread and basically riding on the ground control bump stops which are really soft foam.

Here is MatthewYu's (i think) car with the same setup.

This is as low as i could get mine.

Any help is much appreciated, ive been thinking of ways to go another half inch to inch lower and cant figure it out. thanks!

Not saying you haven't tried this, but have you switched down to the lowest perch on the koni's itself? And have you flipped the sleeve? I'm not 100% sure if it's the same, but the GC's on my civic, the sleeves have like a 1/2 inch where there's no threads. if you flip it, another 1/2in lower. lol

nice wheels.

thanks! im excited to get them on. the rears are 18x10+15. running 215/40s in front and 225/40s in the back.

But i had heard that but i was wondering if i was already sitting on the bump stops it wouldnt do much for me. It is definitely worth a shot though! I put them on exactly how they came from ground control, i bought them as a kit. So i bet the sleeves arent flipped like you said. Thanks!

You should have the perches too. Take a look at the perches and see if you can adjust them to the lowest perch. It should be like a 1- 1 1/2 inches drop. but that's if you have them on your strut/shock.

Oh dang, didn't know it was that cold. lol I'm sure there is a way. I'm sure you could lower the perches on the stocks/struts. Cause when I had them, they could literally put it on the ground.

I've always wanted to paint my battles around that color. i love teal. lol
