Tire noob needs help plz

So I picked up an 07 accord sedan and I'm about to put coilovers on this week and getting some rims for it and all these wheel ad tire sizes confuse the hell out of me and could you help from you guys...thinking about getting 18x8.5 or 19x8 and would like to know good tire sizes that will fit nice and give a semi aggressive stance while the car sits really low and also confused on what offset to get that will be flush or poke just a tad..also would I need spacers running these sizes?..I could really use some help so I don't make a bad decision my first one getting rims and tires..thnx guys

search some threads and look at various setups + their specs. You will also most likely need to roll your fenders. Spacers are generally a bad idea IMO, a properly spec'd wheel and tire package should get you the look you want

i just went through kinda the same ordeal and hope this helps you and anyone else in the future.

1st and most important is Bolt Pattern. There was a set of Sparco Pistas i wanted really bad. unfortunately, they were 5 x 120. ours are 5 x 114 so unless you find a wheel in that Bolt pattern, i would skip them, lotta hassle to make them fit

2. Bore Size. back of Wheel hub. ours are 64.1:

PCD Honda Accord (2003 - 2008) 5x114.3 wheels | PCD, Offset, Center Bore, mounting and tire size data

3. you should be aware that an 07 is now a 6 year old car. In the near future, sounding like you wanna be tucked and dropped, you're going to need money set aside for Shocks and Struts soon

4. i think your trying to get a slightly "Stanced" look and its gonna cost more than Coilovers and Wheels, (mentioned above, possible fender rolling, alignment, shocks & struts)

it'll look good (best w/a Wheel w/a nice lip imo) but i'd budget accordingly, best of luck on your wheel choice and pm/post if you need any more help

drop the car on coilovers first. set it to the height you want. then get yourself a measuring tape and measure what size wheels you want to fit. will you roll your fenders/QP's, how much camber you want to run, etc.
