Spring install ~~DIY

Can I get a pole of everybody that DIY spring install? I plan on doing a spring install myself this weekend and wanted feedback from people who have done it. It looks easy on paper but was it as easy as it looked on paper???? Anything that was an issue or to pay attention to?

i did it on my 99, it wasnt really that hard, i was surprised. just make sure you have enough time and light to do it right. and having at least 1 other person there doesnt hurt either

Done 3 sets of springs myself. Funny, when installing lowering springs, sometimes you don't even need a spring compressor. Stops them from getting scratched up too. I found 2 tricks that work flawlessly, but 2 people helps alot.

ive done three different suspension set ups on my 6th gen...and on many other cars like 240sx's, civics, camaros, eclipses, and cougars. if u know the suspension parts and how to work a wrench , it shouldnt be that much of a problem

did my 05 by myself. just give yourself time. things you may need are a torque wrench, spring compressor and a 5mm hex key wrench if you need to loosen the rear sway link for rear spring install. basic tools other than that.

I installed my own air ride on my 6th. Then i installed coilovers and a week later i went back to stock. On my 7th gen I've installed two different suspensions already. (GC coilovers and Tein SS coilovers) It's an easy job and an extra set of hands helps.
