H-tech Springs

Has anyone used tein htech springs? I am going to drop my car but i dont wanna drop it too far, because of my annoying bodykit! Would H-techs be a good choice for a smalll drop, or would something else? Where can i get htechs for a really good price?

Also ill post a pic of the car so you can see how much ground clearance i have to drop it without practically scrubbing my bumper all th eway down the street! I already know u guys dont like bodykits so please just let me know your comments about a drop not about how you hate kits, Thank You!

I've had H-techs with stock shocks but the shocks were blown in 6 months. Ride quality was just like stock as well as the handling. I later paired them with Koni yellows and loved it but I had to sell em cause I had a small accident and I needed the money to get it fixed.
If you want to lower the car, might as well get the whole package cause you will pay for the installation(unless you do it yourself) and the alignment but you will have to go through the same process again after your stock shocks give up. Either way you will end up paying(or doing) twice the money and work.

From my personal experience, get either Koni yellow with H-techs but you will have to take the whole damn thing apart if you want to adjust the height. Or get the TEIN coilovers because you can adjust the height just by taking the wheel off plus you get 16 levels of dampening compared to 6 levels with koni shocks.

The choice is up to you and please use the search button more often

P.S. Take a look at my cardomain page(link in the sig below) and you'll find all the pictures with H-techs on stock shocks.

imo you have plenty of space to drop. you should get shocks with your teins h tech. i had s tech on my accord before and it was a good height, but i didnt have a body kit. if i were you i would get coilovers if you had to money, and you can adjust the height. at first i didnt want a big drop and i got s techs but then wanted more drop and lost money that way. get it done right and get some coilovers. im on coilovers and i have a front lip and im managing, so you shouldnt scrape your bumper at all. good luck with it.

Check out my gallery. I have had H-techs on for a couple of years with stock shocks and have had no problems.

No, I didn't. I'm actually thinking of getting s-techs, but I'm scared I might scrape my lip on driveways. AHH! haha. But, good luck! and don't forget to post some pics when you put them on .

You'll have plenty of ground clearance, I have the OEM front lip and it's not too bad.
There are quite a few more pics in my gallery, none are the best indicator of ground clearance though. Taking some more pics w/ my new tint soon, I'll snap some ground clearance shots.

I have H.techs. I bought them on Ebay $212 shipped. S.techs don't look bad either. Either way you go, it will have a good balance between the front and the back.

Not sure about what look you're going for but with your kit and wheel size, go S-Techs!

I'm on H.Tech with a full body kit and it really pisses me off all the times I scrape coming off a driveway/decline, etc. I definitely would not switch to S.Techs.
