Road noise

Hey, I lowered my car a while ago with teins and after i lowered it the road noise got annoying. I''m ready to do something about it but I dont know if i want to dynamat the whole inside. I know there is cheap stuff on ebay and i'd use that because of the price but has anyone else had any luck with other solutions with their cars?

Different tires? Dynamat won't help you that much with road noise. Especially when it's really bad. Not to mention that if you put too much of it the car will sit even lower.

^^^ yup ... i switched from 225/50/17 Avon Tech M550AS to 225/40/18 Bridgestone RE960AS Pole Positions and the road noise disappeared when I put on the Pole Positions.

Well I'm switching from 225/50-17 goodyear gs-d3's to 225/45-17 michelin primacy mxv4 (from max performance to grand-touring). A lower profile should help in compensating for performance and steering response.
