Best adjustable shocks/struts?

I have H.techs on the front of my car, stock springs in the rear. I want to lower the car another 0.5 to 1.0 inch front and rear. Who makes the best shock/strut for this application? What's the best bargain? This is how my car sits now:

Take a look at the pic. It's pretty even drop with just the fronts in. I was going to do the rears but I refuse to have a saggy ass so I just have them sitting around...

The only height adjustable shocks are Koni Sport or SP3. SP3 is only available through Neuspeed.com and Neuspeed dealers. The Sport can be had from a number of stores.

However Koni doesn't recommend lowering the Sport's spring seats if you're running lowering springs already.

SP3 shocks have 20 mm shorter piston rods, so this isn't an issue.

If you go with SP3 shocks, lower the front spring seats to the lowest position (another 0.5" lowered) while the rears can stay at the stock location with Tein H-Tech.
