It should ride the almost the same as the ksports since the spring rates are almost the same, the adjustable body doesnt mean much except that they can all be adjusted to the same height.

Ive never been in a car with the ss-p, but mine is much stiffer than a car with basics.

any incidental boob slips yet? haha jk.

owace had a set iirc and he later sold them to another member, but I believe they are both inactive now-a-days (you'd have to look for their old posts). sorry if I'm wrong tho.

adjustable shock body gives the advantage of having the similar ride quality no matter how low or high you are. so riding not slammed or slammed should have the same ride quality because of the adjustable shock body.

Having the same ride quality when slammed or raised has more to do with the spring being linear or not.

Not entirely. Lowering a car using preload will decrease the ride quality, even though the damper works the same at all heights.

The damper works the same at all heights as does a liner spring rate. Progressive springs would ride harsher the lower you are.

I don't really follow when you say rattle your car apart. Unless you have some pretty stiff suspension, it won't be shaking the panels off your car? I don't get what you're saying.

And what do you mean by "droop"?

My car is stiff, but im not rattling anything apart. If your looking for an OEM ride though dont go with the D2's. Adjustable shock body would probably let you go lower than just springs.

ksports and d2's just drop more then teins in general. and having adjustable shock body just gives you the same quality ride regardless how low you are. it doesnt mean you can go lower, unless you mess with the preloads. in that case, you will be able to go lower, and you adjust the preloads.

Its more conrtolable of a drop. The springs only drop to a certain height, and the coilovers will most likely be able to go lower. I plan on going a little bit lower in the front in the summer:

lol the back is as low as I am going to go. I dont ever want to rub. I think I have just a tiny bit more to go in the front. I also have the summit racing chassis braces under my car, which get real close to the gound now, so I dont want to put those in any more risks. I just want to go to like half a finger in the front to match the back perfectly.
