Best coils?

Starting to think my suspension is worn out, want to go with some adjustable coilovers. Looking to spend less than 1k does anyone have any suggestions? What do you guys use? And is a camber kit required if I'm gonna lower about an inch or inch and a half?

You're going to want a rear camber kit. Front is fine without.

if you're only planning on lowering an inch and a half tein basics would probably be a good choice.

I have my tein basics nearly maxxed out in the front and rear and the ride is still really nice. But if your going to go really low you might want stiffer spring rates I scrap a bit going in slanted on inclines some times. (Wheel well travel in the rear and front) bottom doesn't scrap.

I'd probably go with street advance, they have adjustable dampening. But it says on the website that the "Base Ride Height Drop" is -2.5 front and -2.0 rear. Does that mean that by putting these on, my car will automatically be 2.5 / 2.0 lower? Can I adjust it? I only want like 1.5 max. I'm getting the coils more because mine are worn out, and I want a more solid suspension. Not a huge fan of lowering, dont wana overdo it.

Can't go wrong with Megan Street EZ's. That's what Stella is riding on and it has full height adjustment and dampening. Very comfortable.

Koni yellows and GC's. Should be able to find them for right around 1k. Real lifetime warranty on the whole set up.

I would go with Eibach pro kit springs due to the desired drop height but if your shocks are done then koni and CG are your best bang for your buck.

If your shocks aren't trashed it might be worth looking into a cheap and slightly more solid spring set that'll drop anywhere less than 2" and just get those on stock.
