Phone Mount or GPS Mount for 7th Gen

Not sure where to post this, but wondering if anyone had pics or ideas for their GPS or Phone Mount. I've bought the suction cup ones from eBay and they suck.

Our dash slants a bit, so I'm wondering what you guys have setup.

Will need to either buy a GPS or Google Maps.

Btw, is fixing the cigarette lighter a challenge? Seems like mine doesn't work?

Thanks

I put mine in the cubby. I put the disc the suction cup sticks to on the left inside wall of the cubby. Works great with my garmin and is not a blind spot.

I use the holder that slide into the CD slot. Works okay, but it blocks the volume dial. Not a big issue considering I mostly use the steering wheel controls. Not sure of about the cigarette lighter. Check to make sure there is no debris in it that caused a short, then check the fuse.

Btw, has anyone replaced their 12 V power outlet?

Anyone know where the fuse is related to that?

you can see where I put mine a long time ago. Works well and was a clean look. I ran the cord under the seat and mat, then up the pillar.

Do you know where the fuse is located? I cleaned it out, and will test it.

The fuse box is under the dash, driver side, forward of the front door, just above the hood release, above the dead pedal. The cover slides towards you, and will have the fuse location on the inside of the cover. It should show #9 for 'Front Accessory Sockets' with a 15 amp fuse. If this is what you see, then it's the bottom row, third from the right (or 9th from the left.)

I just noticed that the car charger in the dash and in the compartment between the seats do not work. Could this be a fuse issue or multiple fuse?

Basically the charger in the dash by radio and the one in the compartment BOTH do not work.

Any ideas? thanks.
