Car not starting

Hey guys I haven't started my car for about a month and when I tried to start it wouldn't. Jumping didn't help, so I got a new battery and still no go. I have attached a video so you guys can hear the noise it makes.

Pull the "front" of the engine apart, first run a simple compression test......
