80w-90 fear oil in 6 speed manual

So I'm going on a 150 mile trip to my grandparents on Monday, and was hoping to change the Mtf before I left. Can I use the 80w90 stuff I have, or should I run into town and get some penzoil Synchromesh?

I decided to wait and order ac Delco Synchromesh from Amazon. It's amazing the difference it makes. Shifts are so much smoother, especially into third.

I've had great cold/hot results with OEM Honda fluid. I used REDLINE MTL and it was good some of the times, usually when the car was hot it didn't perform as smooth. Now with the OEM fluid its perfect.
