Well the Lambda V6 engine in the Azera is a higher bored and stroked version of the same Lambda V6 engine found in the 2006 Sonata and 2007 Santa Fe (coming soon). And so far, I haven't heard anything bad about the V6 engine/transmission combo in the Sonata. But you’re right, only time will tell.
