Accord v6 Dyno!..282WHp !

First time i went to the track with the cars ! I've done 3-4 of 13.60 13.70 with a 103.87 and 104.02 mph ! With my Injen Cai and a Homemade test pipe!.. I was very impressed i decided to Dynotest the cars!.. I got 282 WHp and 249 Wtq the same day about 10 min later my friend with an integra type-r 2001 passed at 171 whp !.. so the dyno was not Overrated!..iT was about 16-17's outside so a little cold! maybe that help!..
First vids: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I5sISTuHJxU
and on this one you can Hear the Guy tell the number !http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uUFqv9nXzlA

I had no idea just an inake and test pipe added so much power. What would a stock one dyno at, maybe 240whp?

The basic tone of dyno numbers around here is pics or it didn't happen..

If you don't have a scanner, try to take a picture of it with a camera or phone.

But the thing is that if the accord comes with 240 or so whp how with just an intake and test pipe you get another 40 plus whp is what I just don't get. Cold weather maybe?

I find those numbers hard to believe too. Even with the cold air.

Stock advertised numbers are 268hp/248tq or 240whp/221wtq per this TOV video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ra54T...eature=related

If you got 282whp with just Injen CAI and homemade test pipe, you better patent your test pipe. You could make some serious bank selling those.

I'd the calibration was off on that dyno but that number for the R was about where it should be. No doubt about it the J is a very strong engine.

the 1/4 mile times back up the whp #s, stop hating on the man. The dyno sheet would be nice but word on the street is that this engine is underrated and cold weather, plus high octane, plus CAI, plus test pipe(which is a huge restriction) could get you where that power is. I say the dyno was probably 10whp off. 270 whp sounds more feasible. But congrats! Cant w8 to dyno mine.

i wonder if that was at hubs or at the wheels? my friend with j33 is at about 253 at wheels so i guess its possible for 282 for 3.5L j35
