Thinking about a 4 Channel Amp... any suggestions?

I'm thinking about getting a 4 channel amps to get more out of my 6x9s and 6.5 doors.

I currently have Polk DB series in all corners. What do you guys think that will be nice?

I'm looking into the Elemental Designs 4 channel amp, but it's pretty expensive... lol

If possible stay away from Elemental and go with one of the new Alpines. 50x4 will probably do you good and they are discounted.

Yea, so any amp that puts out around 70-80 rms per speaker, then you should be good to go, the 300/4 is all i need, it puts out 75rms

Keep in mind that wattage is just for thermal specs only the difference between 50-75 watts is negligible and can't be heard. Speakers fall under the same category. A quality lower wattage amplifier will outperform an allegedly higher power amp hands down.

The old audiobahn chrome intake series amps work bomb for this app.... I allways liked them, and they are little, quiet, fan cooled, efficent amps that sound prety dam good in comparison to the crap thats in the car audio market today... Too bad they dont make them anymore Well, they do but there not as good...

Im running a A4004T in my car now, and its working great for me

They can be had C H E A P....

$68 here... http://cgi.ebay.com/AUDIOBAHN-400W-4...QQcmdZViewItem
