Part Out: 1998 V6 Coupe

Well I traded my car in the other day, so here are the parts I could get off of it plus some stock stuff.

I live in Clinton, NJ and of course local pick up is preferred on the big stuff. I also regularly get out to Hillsborough/Bridgewater, NJ and down around Quakertown, PA. I'm also going to be in Philly this sunday (9/14) and Gettysburg on 9/20 and 9/21. Also willing to travel/deliver stuff if I'm compensated for gas. PM me with serious interest.

1. 2004 TL wheels with Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S tires. SOLD

2. Stock 1998 EX V6 wheel withm yokohama AVID H4 tire. $50
The wheel is beat to heck, i hit a curb with it a long time ago, but its balanced and holds air, just looks like crap. I used it only as a full-sized spare.

3. Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S tire 235/45/17. $50 + shipping
I had tire blow out and replaced 2, this is the good one from that pair. Used for about 20k miles.

4. Gorilla lug locks + key. SOLD

5. Fram tough guard oil filter. $5 + shipping
New, never used.

6. Rear toe alignment bolt. $5 + shipping
Stripped my other one, thought i would have to replace it, never did...

7. "Carbon Fiber" type R upper grill. $10 + shipping
The clear coat is peeling off the "CF" but it would be great if you want to sand and repaint it.

8. OBX front strut bar and rear lower tie bar. SOLD

9. AEM branded Power Slot Plus Kit. SOLD

10. Weathertech window visors. SOLD

11. Half nose mask. SOLD

12. Nose mask. $30 + shipping
This is the part that covers only the front bumper. I cut out the part for the front license plate but besides that it's in excellent shape.

i'm in the bronx, nyc. i'm a bit interested on those rotors, since i have to replace my oem's anyway.

can you give me more info about it? like why you had to drill the mounting holes and what not.

I had to drill the holes cuz the screws siezed up and i stripped them. Cuz the hats are aluminum which expands and contracts at different rates than steel the screws just got siezed to the rotor hats so i drilled off the screw heads. The holes are still the right shape to use those screws but they're not anodized anymore which really doesnt matter. You dont even have to use those mounting screws either because the wheel will hold on the rotor and other car brands only rely on the wheel to hold the rotor anyway. So the rotors are totally functional. I've got all the mounting stuff too. Since they're bigger you need 17" wheels to use them. check on tirerack.com for more info about the brakes if you want.

oh that's bull then, lol. i'm still running on stock 16" and don't plan to buy any rims for a while (haven't seen the tl-s i want, locally.) interested in stock 01 v6 ex coupe rims? :P if you are, maybe we can work on getting a trade done with your rims and rotors, and my stock 01's + cash. it's a stretch, but hey, it doesn't hurt to ask.

Hey Metallikatz3, I'm interested in your TL wheels/tires. Are these the same bolt pattern as the factory EXV6 wheels or did you make modifications? Meaning are they direct fit? I don't want to use spacers or change hubs, etc.

I'm also interested in your gauges, those still for sale? Thanks!

Thanks, I was asking because I didn't know if 8" width rims w/tires would fit on a car that had 6.5" rims w/205 width tires from factory, wanted to make sure they won't rub springs.

What is the profile of the tires you have on the wheels now? Is it same as acura tl oem specs? Thanks! Would've PM'd this to you if I could.
