I'm not sure because I never tried it but it should be at least 2.5 inches or more.

The information was most likely pulled off of a website, because our car does not support a camber plate. That is for MacPherson struts, whereas we have wishbone suspension.

Supposedly. Rumor has it that D2 is just the higher quality version of Ksport. They are supposed to have better valving and overall just higher quality parts. For a Taiwanese coilover they do not look half bad, although it is hard to say since I have not ridden on them myself. Like I said in another thread, I personally wouldn't go with another Taiwanese setup (except for maybe some Megan coilovers) but other than that I've heard great things about D2. I've heard a lot of mixed reviews on Ksports and I have seen their shock dynos... Scary stuff. Essentially the Ksports have 0 adjustment. There is almost no difference between full hard and full soft. Haven't seen anything on D2s shocks yet but, again, they are "supposed" to be higher quality and have better valving.

One thing to note though, they do have a relatively respectable race team. If you ever played Gran Turismo 3 you will remember the AMG Mercedes race car, and you will also remember that it has a big fat D2 logo right on the side.

yeah. i agree with what kevin said. these do have better valving and quality is better. my friend has a set of them and i think the dampening is a little better than ksport. i would go with d2's.

But Tein OWNS them all in terms of overall quality and ride dampening?

It would be hard to say since I've never ridden on them or seen a shock dyno.

They are completely different in terms of design also, so it would be like comparing apples to oranges.

I was speaking to a D2 rep a few months ago, and I was told that D2 and Ksport are of the same company. Just rebadged differently for different markets. (Ksport for Taiwan, D2 for japan)

Tein is a bit overrated, just because it's more expensive doesn't mean that it's better. I had Tein SS, it was..... eh... but that's for their SS Model. I heard their other models are much better.
