Thumbs up FS: 98-02 Accord Retrofit FX/S2K fix-up project

I'm currently having a retrofit made right now and I'm going to sell my current ones when it's finished. Right now this thread is just for interest, there are no dibs, first person that gets me the money gets the headlights.

These are 98-02 accord headlights retrofitted with FX projector bowls with S2000 clear lens and E46 shrouds. They were made by JWhite. The color output is amazing but it's not all that sharp because of how much they were color modded. The bi-xenon is hooked up and working so it can also do high beam.

*EDIT*
This package now includes Philips 85122+ D2S bulbs and a pair of working OEM ballast (I forgot which brand, I'm sure somebody will reply with the brand)

Now, these are a fix up project because here are the following things wrong with them:
1. they both leak, so when it rains it fogs
2. the adjusting screw does not work, the screw may be stripped so you can't adjust it up and down
3. because the screw might be stripped, one beam is lower than the other and now the beam is uneven. I tried to get it even by actually moving the projector itself but it just goes back to way it was.
4. the black paint is chipping near the projector output because of heat

These headlights are being sold AS-IS. I'm not in the business of scamming people so please ask questions and I will answer them to the best of my ability. Here are some OLD night pictures when I first got them so you can get a general idea of the color, I will post current pictures shortly.

Pics are here

The pictures with all the lights on is with highbeam turned on, when it's only lowbeams the highbeam lights will not be on. Bixenon DOES work and hooks into the stock highbeam harness.

Price drop:
Price: 290 shipped to the lower 48 states (includes paypal fees)
Local pick-up: 240, I'm located in Vacaville, CA

Thanks for looking guys!

***EDIT***
Alright they're off the car, ready to be sold! New big ass pics so you can see everything!

Please please please ask questions before buying guys, I don't want you to feel like you got ripped off. I'm telling you now these headlights are in pretty bad shape. JWhite screwed me over with these, I'm not trying to screw anybody else over.

everyone said his work was good and look at it years later.

HAHA! he tried to get me to buy stuff off of him in the past ..

Good luck on the sale .. $350 is such a good price ..

It will take like 2-3 tops to fix up the problems listed and the retro is nice

So then we'd have to buy or make a bixenon wiring harness or what? Sorry, I'm a little confused by the wiring description of how the bixenon high beam plugs into the stock high beam harness...bare with me.

No you won't need an extra harness for the bixenon. The bixenon is plug and play, it plugs directly into your factory highbeam harness. If you have any other questions let me know.

Good luck with your sale, my lights are also being fixed from jwhite's [email protected]#$% up as we speak. Had the same issues, screw stripped and light pointing up to the sky.

Would anybody be interested if these were fixed? I've talked to Rich and he quoted me about 100, but that's just a rough estimate.. it could be more or less.

The likelihood of it being less is very unlikely though, with the cost of shipping back and forth as well I would assume.

Wish you had some close up shots in the daylight so I can see how bad they really are.

I guess I'll have to wait till next week or whenever you have time to do that for the other shots I asked for.

If they were true s2k's, I'd just buy the retro for the projectors.

I was interested but since you said you don't have time to take pictures that doesn't really help you much.

As I said, I will have close pics all around when I get my new retros in. As of right now the pictures in the first thread look pretty close to me.
