From the title I'd guess E46 projectors...

How is this an E46 retrofit if it's got Audi TT projectors?

Are those last 2 pictures cutoff pictures? What happened to the cutoff?

Step 1: park your car 25 ft. away from a level wall
Step 2: hook up these headlights to your car
Step 3: take a decent picture
Step 4: upload picture to this thread

Cutoff pics 5 ft. from a wall at a crazy angle are ridiculous. If you really want to try to sell your retrofitted headlights, I suggest you work a bit harder at selling them.

BTW, some/most of the older Audi TTs shared projectors with the E46...so it IS possible that he's correct.

True, the Audi TT's probably did share the same kind of projector...But e46 IS a 3 series BMW. Lol the title was very obvious. Then again I didn't know what E46 was until I did my retro.

You don't have to have the headlights installed on a car to test the output...you guys know better.

Does the cutoff look like this.. if so these are audi TT

If the cutoff looks like this then its e46

to be honest I cannot tell the difference

but like I said before we need better cutoff pictures to see how these will end up looking ( since we do not know exactly what projectors are being used)

both audi tt and bmw e46 use the same bosch projector. the picture that Shenaniganz08 posted up top one look like the typical dot bosch projector. whereas the lower one looks to be ece bosch projector w/mod either shield or washer.

Is that with the high beam activated? That's not what the low beam is supposed to look like unless someone completely jacked up the shield in the projector.

It looks like they have been modified a bit from how I had them, but none the
less they look good still yay for me makin' a good retro! woohoo!

Great price for a starter retrofit to work on since the backing to the projector looks like a flat board with a hole cut open for the projector. Is the extra set of headlights for sale? Would be interested in that.
