no, you would need a cl-s manifold too for a direct swap, won't bolt up to the stock v6 manifold.

artistotle, I use to have the type s throttle body on my accord and it worked fine untill I got around to installing my type s manifold and lower runners.

thanks RDK for the link.. after reading that thread it seems i need to also bore out my upper intake to match otherwise useless. other than that it should bolt on.

The intake manifold would need to be port matched but other than that everything fits perfect.
