SOLD !E46 Retrofits + LED Parking lights $250 OBO

I'm trying to sell my retros so I can have some cash to buy other more expensive ones :P

A few people have PM'ed me but I guess this will be the official for sale thread

I prefer Pick up

I paid $250 for these and did a lot of work on them, so I just want to break even. Comes with bulbs and ballast

I want everyone to know the entire history of these. A member here called Dreamer made the retros in 2002 and I bought them from scuhkkord In Novemmber 2008. The lenses looked foggy so I first wetsanded them to fix them up

start

wetsand

Finished

In January I installed LED parking lights + resprayed them to have a better Blackhousing

Cutoff Pics

This is in a lit garage

And this is in a dark parking lot

and driving ( you can compare the color to the regular color of headlights on the left)

+ good output, especially compared to other bmw e46 bosch projectors. They are whiter and wider than most of the bosch projectors I have seen and the cutoff is level

-the cutoff is not very sharp at longs distances, and I'm not sure why, but it really doesn't affect the output so I never worried about it.
-Neither of them has any major fogging issues, but the right one tends to fog up a little bit after washing the car, but clear up in a few hours.
- The leds will sometimes flicker, but if you smack it, it stops flickering. It doesn't always happen but I have seen them flicker at least 2-3 times since I've owned them. This is a very common problem with the LED strips and its not something I did wrong.

I have had no problems with them after I figured out the wiring

Post away guys

soory for the off topic, but can you teach me how to buff out scratch on lense. That's a terrific job you did there.
