USA spec Honda Acura Ipod adapter

I have a used usa spec ipod adapter for use to hook an Ipod up to your factory head unit. It doesn't have the cable to be able to charge the 2nd gen touch, and newer Ipods but, this can be purchased from USA spec. It will play fine, just will not charge. I’d like to get around $100 shipped. PM me if you would like to make an offer.

Some specs:

-iPod connection adapter for select Honda factory stereos
-manage the iPod via your radio's XM satellite radio or CD changer controls
-adjust volume, track up/down, fast forward/rewind
-use up to five playlists (select five favorites, or Auto Playlist will let you choose from the first five on your iPod)
-Direct Mode allows you to control everything via the iPod itself, giving you access to all playlists (requires a DIP switch change on the USA Spec adapter)
-compatible with all iPod and iPod mini models equipped with a dock connector and iPod software update 2004-04-28, or higher
-auxiliary input (RCA) for connecting additional music sources

Does it come with instructions? Plug and play or are cutting wires required? Does it work with the navi premium unit?

i do not have the instructions but, it is 100% plug and play. You take out your cubby, and literally plug this in. Arie(Mr. Eazy) has this in his car with the premium navi.

So it won't charge an iPod shuffle when it's plugged in?
