I might be interested seeing as how my passenger side HID just stopped working. I'm assuming it's the ballast because there's no buzzing noise coming from that side when I turn them on.

Do you have the oem hid ballasts with the D2s bulbs for you car or is it just an hid kit? You will have to get the jumper wire if you do not have an OEM retro kit. You will also have to splice the ballast into the HID relay harness that you have for power.

Sorry ahhz, i swear im not trying to kill your sale. lol I'm just trying to help out. Not sure if he knows what he is doing with this stuff or not. If he does need this then thats great.

I dont know if I need it or not now. Cuz as of the other day it's flickered on and come on late. So something may just be loose. gotta find some time to figure it out but luckily I rarely have to drive that car at night.

Are you serious?? I was not trying to "crap" on this guys post. I was just trying to explain my experience with sales of this sort. I just bought a set of murano bixenon projectors and a set of toyota hid ballasts for $120. The setup "I" put on my car right now is the E46 bixenon projectors with the matsu****a ballasts. Back when i bought that setup 2 years ago, it was 150 for the whole kit. I don't buy this stuff for top dollar like most people do. I wait for someone who is selling it cheap to come along and get it then. I don't see this sick obsession with paying top dollar for things that can be bought for much less if one would just wait. Who would buy TL projectors that arn't even bi xenon and cost almost 200 dollars, when they can get a less popular projector because of the lense, and just swap a sti lense in to make it more sharp and crisp then a TL projector.

So this is why i said that in the beginning. I was not trying to insult him. This is just personal experience. I am sorry for referencing another site. I will not do that anymore. I was just trying to make a point.

by the way, here is the link for the murano projectors and toyota ballasts. it said in the post that he would do 150 shipped to my door but further PMing, i got him to do 120 + shipping obviously. Just because you said you wanted a link.

http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthrea...non-Projectors.

I obviously don't have link for the sale of E46 setup because it was 2 years ago.

Just to help you out, i had the same issue with a ballast that i had before. It would come on sometimes at random times, and then sometimes would just stay off. I would do like you said. check the wiring and bulb connection, and then if that does not fix the problem, i would get this ballast. Is it the same make of ballast as yours? It is good to keep the same makes with eachother.
