FS: Carputer for 7th Gen - Custom Touch Screen, Carnetix PS, Car2PC, CPU, GPS

For sale is my carputer setup off my 7th Gen accord.

This is a full setup. Would be willing to sell in pieces but would recommend purchasing the entire thing.

Following is included:
  • Custom Fabricated Lilliput Touch Screen with AUX inputs and VGA
  • Carputer Machine - This is a mini-itx setup with a VIA EPIA M1000 board. Hard drive, DVD etc is all included
  • Power Supply - this is the Carnetix CNX-P1900 Power Supply. Regulates Power, DC-DC, CPU auto start up and shutdown etc. For more info please visit http://www.carnetix.com/CNXP1900.htm
  • Car2PC Interface - allows you to control winamp from headunit/steering wheel controls. Connects via USB and 3.5mm into HU.
  • USGlobalSat GPS Antenna BR-355
  • Preconfigured setup using Roadrunner and Iguidance 4.0

Selling the setup because i traded the car in for a 08 g35xs couple weeks ago.

Looking to get $500OBO Shipped.PM me if you would like to purchase pieces of the setup.

\

PM me with any questions about the setup. Thanks for looking!

I forgot to mention the following:

The custom screen was ABS welded together and finished off with plastic epoxy for extra strength. If you search for my thread on the build process youll see how i did it.

The Power Supply power both the CPU and the Screen. It has built in regulators and protection so the system wont drain your battery if accidentally left on.

In order for the power supply to kick on, all you need to do is run power cable along the side of the car along with an ignition wire. This allows the screen and cpu to kick resume from hibernation mode when ignition is on and to hibernate when ignition is shut off.

The Car2pc Adapter plugs into the HU Aux input. Sound from CPU will play through HU. Full control music through HU and steering wheel controls.

I can also include a button upfront so that you can restart pc from your driver seat if needed to.

I had the machine and power supply ran to the trunk and then ran and ran power cable for the screen to the front along with the VGA cable.

Honestly, it is not a hard install but you definitely need to know how to take pieces along the side of your interior off.

Would definitely be helpful if you already have power ran to your trunk.

I am not including any VGA or USB Cables.

Yes. with full customization.

Its pretty much a computer retrofitted for automotive application. Navigation, Jukebox, DVD, Videos, Browser, pretty much anything. Very customizable.
