I think your right. These are the sportlines, not the prokit.

I am going to ask my friend to see if he has a full pic of the car with the suspension on. I believe its 2.5 fingers up front and 2 in the rear. His car is a 4cyl though so maybe the v6 will even it out better.

I do not know if it is going to fit the 7th gen or not. I dont know how many miles are on the shock but they are more than 2 years old sitting outside and was installed on my friends car for 6 months.

I did gen 6 suspension coils on a gen7. Its plug and play after you swap the tops hats.

FRONT:
Front struts will fit but the 3 main mounting bolts have a smaller bolt circle then the 98-02 shock. The mounting hols in the strut tower will need to be sloted to fit. As you can see in the pic the shock is about 1" shorter.
REAR:
Rear struts will fit but the lower bushing will need to be replaced. The 98-02 uses a 10mm bolt while the 03-05 uses a 12mm. I dont advise drilling out to the 12mm size as there is not that much material on the knuckle to work with. As you can see in the pic the shock is about 1" shorter.
