Does anyone have a Honda Trunk Spring tool

Whats up everyone, does any one have a honda trunk spring removal/install tool to rent? offering $10 plus shipping charges to rent tool.

not sure why you need it. when i changed spring on my 6th gen i used channel locks. worked fine.

Its a lot safer and easier with the removal tool. I used to have one but gave it to a local shop.

i used channel lock pliars and it worked just fine. the actual tool might be easier, but i cant justify the price to buy one.
