6th gen megan v6 headers DIRTY CHEAP $60

I've had these off the car for a bit now, but yeah these headers have been sitting around my garage and im just trying to get rid of them QUICK

here's some pictures:

there are a gang of bolts/gaskets used and unused

but heres the two problems with the headers:
first problem: one of the bolts that hold the gasket to the header assembly was stripped - so it had to get cut to be removed, that bolt is missing

second problem: there is a small crack on one of the welds where the header pipe is welded onto the assembly

i've gotten one of them fixed before it costs like $10 to get it rewelded, so its not a big deal - and if youre not as slammed as i was, it definitely would not be a problem, yeah being slammed+ headers was no goes

im inclined not to ship this thing...but if i do ship, it'll be at buyer's expense.

kthxbye

You mentioned the problem with a cracked weld and the problem with the missing bolt..are these the same headers that have the big dent on the bottom?

hey, so yeah the problem areas on the headers are:
-one of the bolts was chewed up so you will need to replace one of the header's bolts

-one of them does need to be re-welded, i got the other side re-welded when i first bought them and it was like a $10 job

-the dent on the bottom, dont know if u wanted to get that fixed or have that pipe replaced, but yeah that is there too

i had them removed at a shop for quite a lot and i honestly just want to get rid of them hahaha

so yep if u know any shops around your area, then they can do this for pretty cheap

is that the type of problems we can expect from megans? obx, etc?
why are there no there low cost headers that arent made like crap?
even the new xs-power are crap- resold ebay headers..as discovered by
some acurazine members...the problem stems from thin tubing( of cheap mild steel or inferior stainless
chinese steel.. sloppy welding by a cross eyed dyslexic baboon and assembled by a one eyed-lobotomized monkey..
similar to employees and owners at xs-power aka ssautochrome...
