Dual Greddy Exhaust

Got a Greddy Exhaust system for sale.
It's the dual version.

Been sitting in the garage for several years now.
It's for the 7th gen accord but you can probably just use up to the Y pipe and custom fit it.

Please PM me an offer and i'll get back to you.
I don't know how much these go for so I'm going to sell it to the highest price received.

Pictures uploaded. Typical scratches from a lowered car but no holes or anything.
I would rate this good condition.

Sorry forgot to add, will not ship. Pick up only.

This is for the full catback. It's...

1 muffler with the Y pipe,
1 muffler with pipe connecting to the y pipe
2 mid pipes

so looks like it's for a full catback.

Installation unsuccessful. Turns out this system was modified to fit a 7th gen 4cyl Accord. All piping has to be re-done in order to fit a V6. Doh!

Not happy....

What I know is that the i4 and V6 run same pipes. It's the sedan vs coupe that you need to extend the pipe a bit longer. Let's just wait for the OP to comment on this.

That's what i know too but his shop is charging $250 to 'modify' this to fit the 6 cylinder. His car is a coupe, previous car was a coupe.

Hey, I can take pictures. But at this point there much more to the situation than what was told.

1) I'm given a story and background about how great the system was on his 7th gen - how he modded tons of systems to his car and eventually stuck with this one until he sold his car.
2) Then when I say there's a fitment issue, he tells me it was modified to fit a 4 cyl and he didn't know about it when he was selling it - therefore entirely negating any facts he may have told me prior.

I personally call BS on the whole thing, but I'll take pictures of the car on the lift and show you how this doesn't work. Even the flanges going to the cat are different - not just off, but entirely different. This exhaust has been hacked up and traded between who knows how many cars and I'm just trying to make it right.

It's one thing to assume things are the same from a predated knowledge of something you aren't looking at but the facts remain the same: - something is definitely different with this system than with what it should be. I was told it was put on a 4 cyl, but as far as I'm concerned at this point, no one truly knows the history of this system. It may have been modded to some other car - thus it not working at all. Who knows what's happened to it in the years it's been sitting in a garage, who it was loaned to, fitted for, etc.

The only way this can be proven otherwise is if someone on the board with the same set up can post up pictures of their installation...I'd gladly take that and run with it. The next time I'm out to the shop to re-do the piping, I'll take pictures - it's definitely wrong. Even from install pics I've seen online - this system looks much different.

Honestly, I have no idea why it would be different.
A lot of people on the forum knows who I am and that I've had a v6 accord before.

This is the exhaust system that was owned by me previously and there shouldn't have been a problem.

Anyways, I returned your $250 but have no idea why it would cost that much to modify exhaust piping in the first place. I've been several custom mufflers and Jpipes for the v6 accords and that $250 sort of took me by shock.

You're in Central CA, I'm in SoCaL.

In the end, if it's costing you less to modify the exhaust, that's good for you. You should find another shop that's not ripping you off, honestly.

Hope you enjoy the $200 system.

Nor do I. But after finding a few pictures there is definitely a difference.

Here's a link:
http://www.v6performance.net/forums/...yesterday.html

The piping I got, and you (once) had pictures of on this thread, are much different. And the 'modification' that has to happen is a full CBE from cat to can. It's seriously 'THAT' off, where it requires all new piping to be put in place between the cat and the cans. That job, for $250 is reasonable, IMHO.

But in the end, I appreciate your quick response to resolving the situation, and in the end, I'm sure I'll enjoy it - even given all other costs associated with it.
