Looks like that to me as well, I had to run 2 of them for my Si wheels, I couldn't find any 5mm ones around at the time.

How was it running two separate mm spacers to accommodate for one size spacer? Safe?

It was (2) 3mm spacers that equaled 6 mm. I ran like that for about 1 year and a half until I upgraded to my current wheels. No problems with the wheels up front, I drove to and from Dallas numerous times. Cruised at 80+ and the vibrations or anything. I don't know what others would say but personally I had no problems running it like that. And it was a small spacer overall that I didn't bother with changing it out since I had no problems.
