WTB: Suspension setup

My OEM shocks are basically gone and I am looking to upgrade my suspension. My car is a 4 cyl 7th gen, if you have something that is specific to the # of cylinders. I am looking for something with a good price, used or new.

Should state whether you just want another set of shocks (Koni/Tockico) or a full coilover setup?

I am looking for something that is a step up from OEM. Coilovers or shocks/springs, or just shocks. If it's a lowering setup, it cannot be too much as I have a huge angle to go on to get out off my parking garage.

However, Tein SS is a little too expensive.

I think his drop is over 2 inches, which is too much for me.

That's only for shocks. They won't drop your car bro.

Whoops, I read that wrong. I recall that he sold the shocks in the thread though, and it seems that he deleted the thread as well.
