Complete kits to run flashpro. ECU, Flashpro, wiring harness, and canbus harness

1000 shipped You won't find it any cheaper complete with ECU and I can also do the programming.

Comes with flashpro non bluetooth, 07 TL ECU, canbus wiring (built using OEM pins so they won't back out), and conversion harness.

Bump for a great buy. Everything you need to run Hondata on a 7th V6 6spd for a fraction of the price when bought separately. He can even do the ECU mod for cruise control!

This has been talked about & never tried but...

Do you think it would be possible to reprogram the RL ECU with a TL-S VIN?

It could be possible, but the issue would be that there is a hex key that is different between the TL and RL ecu that might cause an issues. For example if you have flashpro on a TL ecu and then for some reason it died. Even if you program another TL ecu with the same vinn. It will still be locked to the first ecu regardless of vinn. This is why hondata tell you to send in the ECU and flashpro so they can check and possibly unlock it.

I think its the CVN ##. See how the civic type-R CVN is different between the 2 cars in addition they are also different from my flashpro

with that being said. It might work the other way around. So if you use a TL ecu and you put in an RL vinn. I have not test it so I cannot comment if it would work or not. But you can use the TL 07-08 AT map if the sensors all match up

So you say there's a chance..

I know this will never be solved unless I just do it & there more than likely aren't any other RL owners that care enough to try..

What does CVN mean?

^ there might be a chance. I added something at the very end.

I have no idea what the CVN is. Current Vehicle nomenclature?

If you want to give it a shot LMK. I do have a way to program the vinn and all that good stuff, and we can play around with it. But I really don't know if it would work or not to be honest. If you are willing to take the chance I can try to work with you.

The only way for it to possibly work & retain SH-AWD would be if the RL ECU can be reprogrammed under a TL-S VIN to "trick" the Flashpro into thinking it's a TL-S.

I'm more than certain I could use a TL-S ECU to run the car but it would be a FWD RL & where's the fun in that.

ECU + VSA + SH-AWD ECU all work together.

The RL ECU has a single output that connects directly with SH-AWD ECU. That's why the TL-S ECU would cause a SH-AWD error since it doesn't have that output.

So tuned FWD RL or stock SH-AWD RL..

Unless the VIN swap idea works...

cruise control mod is basically done on the AT 07-08 TL ecu to retain cruise control for the 6MT guys

Dunno how I missed this..

Wish you were local. Guess I'd have to send you a RL ECU to reprogram a TL-S VIN into.

Problem is once I get the ECU back I'd have to get it programmed to work with my RL & would reverse the TL-S VIN.

Does that make sense? lol
