CL-S swap soon, need to sell parts lots of parts

I am planning to do a CL-S swap sometime in december (my winter break). So I'll be selling whatever comes out of my car from the swap. These parts are currently still in my car. I'm just posting this up ahead of time, if you guys are interested, it'll give you some time to save up. They won't be coming out of my car until December. Prices do not include shipping.

To see pictures of my CYlinder heads (with work done) and Intake manifolds: check out this LINK

CL Type-S Camshafts SOLD
=$190=


Cylinder heads (with work done) SOLD
-Port and Polish (intake and exhaust ports)
-5 angle valve job
-Stainless steel valves
-Valves are swirl polished
-new (stock) valve springs (so far it only has about 5,000 miles on it)
=$700=


Stock Cylinder heads SOLD
-approximately 40k miles
-Took the cylinder heads off at approximately 40k miles
-Good condition
=$400=


Stock J30A1 Block (I'm sure you guys know what a block should look like)
-Approximately 50k miles
-Will come with all the internals, pistons, rods, crankshaft, etc...
-You can still drive your car while you have an extra block to build up.
=$600=


Intake manifold /w work done SOLD
-The interior of the intake runners are ported
-The exterior are polished
-both upper and lower plenum
=$400=


Stock intake manifold
-Both upper and lower plenum
=$120=




Stock Transmission, approximately 50k miles
-This transmission has been running with a tranny cooler since the beginning
so it should still be in good shape. The transmission is still running great with no problems.
-comes with tranny cooler and filter if you want them
=$900=


CL Type-S Throttle Body (64mm) SOLD
=$180=

CL-S TB on the left and Stock Accord TB on the right.
As you can see, the CL-S is a lot bigger than the accord TB.
It's so big that the accord bore can literally fit inside the CL-S TB's bore
(I've tried it). That means that even the outer bore of the accord TB is smaller than the inner bore of the CL-S TB.




Stock Accord Throttle Body
-NEW throttle body spacer gasket
-NEW Throttle body gasket
=$100=


Automatic shifter assembly
=$40=


RAZO RA91 Shifter
-Still in great condition
=$70=



There might be more parts, but this is all I can think of at the moment. If there's more i'll post it up later.

Great work on your heads. I read the whole thread, but never found the dyno sheet. What are the gains on it?

Sorry guys, no dyno. I need to save every penny I have for my CL-S swap. I still need to buy some sensors, ecu, etc... and save up for labor. But one thing is for sure, the gains from the cylinder heads was extremely noticeable. The gains are huge, first thing I notice was that the low end torque was drastically increased starting from 1800 rpm. I felt like I don't have to try to push it harder just to get the car moving. Then in the mid range, it felt even greater. The car was very quick and in the high end; the gains are maddening. If I were to estimate the power gains, then I'd have to say around 20-30WHP

Or if you guys don't really trust the gains on my cylinder heads (worked) , there's always another option, I have a stock cylinder heads that you can just have a shop work on it. Just a suggestion.

If i had the money id buy the heads, either set.

Do you have pics of these things? that would be cool to see them, also neevr seen the lower manifold. I might go into that for my porting job with the extra TB.

Shops can, Ones that basicialy deal with all of the car, not a performance shiop but a mechanic. I know of one mechanic shop that can install stuff like that I think. Havent asked but I know they do a lot.

Pretty much any shop can install them. I mean, performance shops should know how. And especially regular shops too. Yeah with mechanics. How else would they be able to fix a blow head gasket if they don't know how to take the cylinder heads off.

yeah the head would work, the heads from the DIS and distributor J30A1 are exactly the same. You just need to get your distributor off your car and mount it on the head.

I'm sure of this because This head is from a 99 accord (model with distributor). Am I'm using it on my DIS engine. They are interchangeable.

this head would be a project for me but if you still have this in december i'll work my ass off over christmas break to buy this from you and i'm dead serious about it. I want the fastest naturally aspirated accord.

Nice set-up man, so you did all that work with all thoseproblems just to do a cl-s swap. But dang man, if u still have parts left over around new years, I will have put in many hours of work I will start buying those from you right away. Im actually thinking about going out all the way and mess with the block as well and more.

Actually, I don't know how much the TB increase because I installed the intake manifold, built cylinder heads (with cl-s cams), and CL-S Throttle Body at the same time. But It felt hella quick after I installed it all.

Well, I have someone that is most likely going to buy my cylinder heads and intake manifold. And he's going to put a deposit soon, so it'll be spoken for if it works out. But the block and the stock cylinder heads are still for grabs. Because you can build up the heads and block up like hell and ready it for boost.

Thanks for the compliment. Yeah I did have issues with my set up and went through a lot of fix them all, but I thought to myself that I really wanted a 6 speed manual. So i opted for the tranny and engine so I can have even more power along with the tranny, plus it'll have less problems if I throw them all in my car than just the tranny alone. You can still work for the block and my stock cylinder heads. It's still available. Oh the stock intake manifold is still available as well. Basically, if it hasn't been labeled as SOLD , then it hasn't been officially taken.

I'm currently discussing the sales of the Stock cylinder heads, CL-S cams, and CL-S Throttle Body with a couple of people right now. If any of these deals fall through I'll update you guys.
