Tein SS Coilovers CHEAP

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=7946388757

Hello,

Up for auction is a used set of tein ss coilovers. They're in great condition, havent been used for very long, clean, ready to be installed. They provide superior handling in comparison with almost any other suspension system for your 98-02 Honda Accord, 99+ Acura TL and 01+ Acura CL. This is one of the only coil over systems you can get that allows you to adjust both ride height and the dampening force of the shocks. This includes all four coilovers, the two keys you need to adjust your ride height. And a key to help you adjust the dampening on each coil over. These coilover's will help you get the ride quality, performance, and the look you've been desiring for your car. You will love these coilovers!

I am including some links to pictures of them for you to wet you pallate with. You can see these coil overs were taken care of and havent been used much.

These are indeed the Super Street Damper System. A new set of these costs over 900 + shipping brand new. Heres your oppurtunity to get them for a lower cost! Please bid with confidence. Thankyou for looking.

I have no idea, they came off a boosted 6th gen. He took them out because they ride soft as butter, wanted something stiffer. These ride so freaking good, I would install them but I need the money for something else. (retrofit)

lol wow you brought this thread back. I am happy with my current drop is all. I wanted to spend my money on a retrofit before next show season. The only thing I could do with coil overs is drop my car more, which I cant do without sacrificing going up my driveway. lol. Tein on softer settings rides about as soft as stock if not softer on some roads. Not all coil overs are bouncy, only the cheap crappy ones are like that. I prefer my eibach prokits and after market shocks for the performance gain in comparison with stock.

i was thinking of just droping the car with progress springs and use my stock struts. my friend said it wont bounce like any adjustable coilover or struts. and it really true. all his cars he had, he always used progress springs and it baunces almost like stock even the car was lowered. now that is what im looking for.

Your stock shocks were not designed for lowering the car. Depending on your drop they will wear out fast, leak and eventually bounce, bottom out, make noise and not work properly. Trust me, I know, I've installed alot of aftermarket suspensions on accords in my garage. If you buy cheap coil overs, they will suck. If you buy something nicer like apexi worldsport(470$), Tein ss(850), or Zeal(price unknown). Your car will get the best performance, look great and not bounce.

I personally have eibach prokits on my car, which began to wear out the stock shocks and the ride quality was very choppy and inconsistant. After upgrading my shocks as well, the ride quality was more smooth and consistant. I felt safer and had better handling. After doing all those upgrades, I should have just gone with a coil over setup to begin with so I could adjust my ride height and have the same handling. Learn from my mistakes.
