VIS CF Trunk 4sale
i got a VIS Carbon fiber trunk that i'm not gonna be using this show season because i'm gettin a wing so i have it for sale...its pretty much new...i've had it on the car for about 4months....was never in the rain,snow and hardly in the sun. perfect shape. all the holes are drilled out for the lights and everything else. tryin to get rid of it for 300 plus shipping. PM me if ur intrested.

is the fitment on it good? pictures? I remember you saying you had alot of problems with these trunks?

i had alot of problems at 1st...i got it to fit pretty good...i'm not gonna lie and say its perfect but its not bad at all. i'm not sure if i have any pics i'll check and post later.

I'll vouch for this hood. Amazing condition, fits great and simply looks amazing. I was very impressed after seeing this thing in person at HIN. Very nice piece!

hey aem could you take some pictures for me sometime if you can? I am interested in it. I dont know how soon I could drive down to DE though. Do you think this would bolt onto my car and fit as well as you say it does for your car? A friend of mine got one of these for his sedan, and he ended up having to get the mounting locations refiberglassed to get it to fit alright. Unfortunatly there arent any reasonable shops where I live that can do that kind've work. Pics would be a good start, no? thanks -J |

i dont have it on the car anymore the stock one is back on....and the only pics i have u cant see how it fits anyway so its pointless...i can take pics of it off the car if u want....and as far as shipping it...i dont really want to but if it comes down to it i guess i have to.

well I dont mean to be nit picking, lol, but you say you got it to fit pretty good but its not perfect? well what wasnt perfect about it? if its something not noticable, like something really little. Then it probably wont matter to me. My major concern is that it wont line up right or level up with the other body panels.
If I dont have to worry about fitment, then I could send you half the money now and give you the other half in cash in 2-3 weeks when I come to pick it up. The last time I came down to DE, I came down in my sniper looking van filled with food and bought a hood and shocks from Joe. I didnt have all the cash available at first, but when I came to get the hood and shocks I just gave him the rest in cash. I dunno if this would be okay with you, but your trunk lid would be sold and you dont have to ship it. Maybe you guys could help me get it on the car?  I guess Joe can vouch for me on this.
