I have some left over from couple set BMW headlights.

2 Pair 04 BMW M3 Headlight brackets $38 shipped pair
2 Pair 04 BMW M3 Bixenon 3" Shrouds $95 shipped pair
2 Driver Side 01 BMW Xenon 2.5" shrouds SOLD

i only have the bixenon shrouds right now.. if your e46 projector is bixenon.. yes it will fit perfectly..
