FS: 06 GS 430 5-spoke rims (18x8 +45 offset)

Anyone interested?

The rims are the 5-spoke found as OEM equipment on the GS 430. The size is 18 by 8 with +45 offset. The bolt pattern is 114.3x5. The rims have no more than 20 miles on them (taken off stock vehicles for optional rims and sitting at my house, PERFECT condition)

No tires are included.

Looking for $730 for the set of 4 rims.

Lexus center caps can be added for $70 more.

PM me - Located in So. Cal, LA area.

if you jack it from work, you're an idiot. Over 3 Million in survellance (however you spell that) equipment on the lot.

I'm waiting until December so I can get a lower finance rate (I think it's 1% for employees) and deal on the 430 w/ all options. THe price right now is still around 50... I think I can get it for $47 in December because of... well... industry secret

--

I don't have a picture of the actual rim (boxed and resealed) but here is a picture from the Lexus website

I just sold 2 sets off recycler

[[[[
one set (NOT MINE) that had curb rashes (ebay) sold for over $800... :

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT
]]]]

Prices for the same rims on Lexus forums are around $900-1000 (4 wheels w/ 4 center caps)

If you want a set, you can reserve it for now (no deposit needed)... I should have a few more sets in 2 weeks (maybe sooner)

job opennings are always available... but for full time... I don't mind helping you I do get $1000 referral bonus

--

Jerry, Ya. I got hooked up... I think the price is for 1 year+ employees

I'd only be making pennies for my trouble guys =\ plus you'll be saving a grip. So, all in all, not a bad deal, right? I'm actually thinking of selling my Volk GT-U and slapping these bad boys on... but I'm waiting for a set w/ tires so I can just slap it on to see how it looks before mounting my pirellis on these rims... (Dayam that was long)

The beep noise is actually programmed into the multiplex ECU on vehicles (not completely sure what year) 02+ (first time I heard the beep sound on a Toyota... was in Lexus cars prior)

The RS Alarm doesn't have access to the beep because it's related to the car's keyless entry functions. It has nothing to do w/ the security system. It's mistakenly taken as the alarm sound because a lot of people relate keyless entry w/ an alarm when, in reality, the alarm is just an add-on to the keyless entry system.

So ya... trade your Accord Coupe in for a Gen 1.5 Solara (02-3) and you'll be set =D lol or you can try to buy a keyless entry ECU (02+ Solara would be an easy match for a AV6 C... 2 doors) and integrate... HOWEVER. I think the keyless entry ECUs were being mated to the ECUs around that year too... so you might find yourself looking for an engine ECU (immobolizer is avail. w/o alarm)

As for where the sound actually comes from.... I have no clue... but ya... it does sound cool until you hear it everytime your car is locked/unlocked.

I forgot if I posted it here, but I'll have more sets in a few weeks. I'll always have a set in my garage... so just let me know (1 set at my house right now)

Have you seen the RX400h rims? (or was it the thunder cloud edition rims? i forgot)... they look like the regular 5 spoke, but w/ rivets and some 'gap'... hard to explain, but it looks damn good.

Will you have a set of the Thundercloud rims? I would be interested in replacing the OEM wheels in my RX330. PM me when it's available.
