FS: 18x7.5" BSA 220 Gunmetal Rims(Racing Hart C2 style)

I am selling a set of 4 brand new, never used, 18x7.5" BSA 220 wheels with universal 10 hole(5x100 and 5x 114.3) 40mm offset which I had painted gunmetal with a polished lip. The rims are mounted with Kumho ECSTA ASX(all season) 225/40/18 tires. I originally assembled this set during the winter for my daily driver. They were mounted once on my car but I took them off so I could correct my camber. The only milage they have are when I backed the car out of my garage to take these pictures. Other then that they have been sitting in my garage all winter.

These rims look exactly like the Racing Hart C2 rims which you'd probably find for around $1,600 at this size with a silver finish. I paid $560 for the rims and $430 for the tires. This does not include what I paid to get the rims painted gunmetal and tires mounted and balanced. I will also include the set of black tuner spline lug nuts with the sale of these rims.

Do the math and I will consider any reasonable offers. I prefer local buyers in the Northern VA area but will ship if the buyer pays for shipping. I can provide more pictures if needed.

Thanks for the comment 99AccordEXv6. If you look closely, on certain angles they have a golden color but they are absolutely gunmetal.

Powder Coating usually shouldn't cost more than 4-8 dollars a rim, but for aluminum rims like these, there is a major problem. On regular steel rims, u can just powder coat it after cleaning it off. But for aluminum, you will have to blast it with walnut shells, or plastic beads to take the shine off. Within that process, the aluminum that falls off is a major fire hazard, so the shop will have to have the proper precautions etc to deal with it. With a polished lip, you can either cover it up with a anti-corroding compound, or a "plate" of some kind. So you can keep the shine. But what people usually end up doing is just scuff the entire rim, then mask the lip, then polish the lip afterwards.

I'm not sure which way the shop got it done, but the total price for powder coating aluminum rims comes out to be about 30-40 bucks per rim. depending on the way the shops does it. But when i worked at this paintshop last year, the only charged 8 bucks to powdercoat, but that was steel rims.

BTW, if some paint prices are $$$epending on the color/style

another thing to keep in mind is that, the paint should only be around 3-4MM thick, any thicker, it'll crack and peel once you stick on the rims.

I have the ASX on my Acura TL type S rims as well. I'm pretty happy with these tires. Best bang for the buck.

Rims will be $800 or $830 with tuner lug nuts. These rims require open end spline tuner lugs for the cap to close. Buyer pays shipping from 20176.

Don't know if your PM box is full, or if they are sold yet, but $830 with the lugs sounds good to me. Lemme know... PM or AIM: aeugrx
