hi guys, i have the unichip for the 6th gen accord.
i haad it sent to garrett and he programmed it with self adjusting setting. meaning
if u had headers then just turn uni off and then on and wait 10 mins and BAM!! the new setting will include the upgrade.

right now its set for, intake, pullies, cams
but if u turn the switch on and then off, it will automatically adapt to ur engine settings

if u need more detail then please pm garett or maurice

the price of a new uni is 716. this has been used for maybe 2 months.

i'm selling it cuz as u all know, i'll be getting the same setup as Serge and i'll be buying the E-Manage so i wont need the uni anymore. so i need the money for that. but right now as luck would have it, i'm broke and so is my gf so i dont think i'll be getting the E-mange cuz i need money

have we found out specifically what feature of this Uni makes it 'self-adjusting'? is that feature 'TierII"? was that feature programmed in? if so, is it , or can it be, programmed into all current Uni's?

this orginally was tier 3, but then i asked maurice (the owner of v6p to reprogram it so that it will include the mods that i add on later. he took it to garett (the uni chip person for v6p) and they set it up so that i basically dont have to keep getting it tuned everytime i add a mod.

oh and guys, if u have any doubts, please feel free to om or talk to Maurice. i have the OWNER of v6p backing me up on this

I will buy this chip if I can get an "express warranty" on this self-tuning chip from the makers of Unichip affirming the functions of the self-tuning chip.

Reggie, the Unichip unit for your AV6 was re-programmed to the engine mods you said you had and were planning on doing in the near future. So instead of having you send your Unichip back later when you completed the other mods, Garrett went ahead and programmed your Unichip to all the mods you were going to do.

The Unichip is just like a standard OEM when it is turned off and reset. When turned back on the Unichip will quickly assess your engine's performance and make adjustments to what it was programmed. So doing a simple reset is what Reggie meant by saying "self adjustment.

The V6P member who purchases Reggie's Unichip, just has to ship it to Garrett with a list of the engine mods you have and he'll reprogram it for you.

As stated in many of our other Unichip threads, it's one of best quality and affordable performance products in the market today! It allows you to run on 87 and 91 octane programming, as well as running on your oem ecu when you feel like it or when you are running your dyno test comparisons.
