17" HFP wheels and tires almost new

I am selling my 17" HFP wheels with the 215/50/17 Yokohama AVS ES100 tires. Only have 1500 miles on these wheels/tires and they are in perfect condition. (NO scratches, blemishes, etc) These tires/wheels are already balanced with the wheel weights on the inside of the wheel. I paid $1597.15 for these plus shipping. I'm selling them for $1100.00 FIRM. In the process of buying a new house and need all the money I can get for the downpayment.

email me at [email protected]
Also I prefer local purchase (MD/DC/VA area) only as I will not ship.

Ok, I can seperate the tires and the wheels as long as I know for sure I have a buyer for each.

I will sell the set of wheels for 600 and the set tires for 360. (FIRM)

Let me know what you guys want to do as far as picking them up and paying to have the tires removed from the wheels. If you want me to have the tires removed from the wheels I will have to charge a little more . Probably the best thing is since we all live in VA that we meet up on a sat morning or something at the same place (tire shop) and have the tires removed from the wheels.
Let me know.

James

No longer for sale. I have decided to keep them. After having a car pull out in front of me and having to brake heavily and swerve, the factory wheels and tires were just aweful!! I'm putting the HFP's back on today for added safety and performance.

Yeah the HFP wheels with the yoko tires make a huge difference in handling. Still not great or anything close to my old lancer evolution, but much better than stock. I also weighed them today compared to the stock wheels/tires and the HFPs are only 3lbs more than the stockers. 40lbs stock/43lbs HFP wheel/tire combos

Those summer yoko's should be sticking way better than whatever comes stock on the hybrid. Your gas milage may suffer a bit, and you will need the stockies for winter, but they do look nice on your car.

I really dont like the stock hybrid wheels with the webbing in between the spokes.

I have to wonder how many people traded in their EVO for an Accord hybrid too.

I have a feeling that I'm probably the only person that has traded in their EVO for an accord hybrid. Everyone thought I was nuts, but in a good way. As far as the gas mileage there isn't much of a difference. I can still average 28mpg around town and a little over 40 on the highway compared to 29mpg in town and 42ish on the highway. This is with driving and keeping the VCM on as much as possible without losing speed.
