I believe the v6 should fit since comptech sway bar part numbers for 6th Gen accord v6's and 2nd Gen TL's are the same (PN 140-215). Because of that I figure it's the same, and I do remember someone on these forums with TL Type-S sway bars. With regard to the 4banger... I would think so since the chassis should be the same overall.
