white is correct to answer. this piece helps reduce the vibration while you are running hard. it contains both street and race bushings as well. helps with putting power to the gears rather then to have it go to the bushings alone.

hmmm.... so this is sorta like them after-market polyurethane engine mounts? but instead of buying (non-existing) after-market engine mounts, the nrg engine dampers would be a good replacement/addition? very interested =) still researching, people over at honda-tech said it works.

as i was looking at the instruction i dont believe there is any drilling needed.
i dont have that car so i couldnt tell for sure. i would assume not cause it is fully adjustable. very tight unit.

i was really interested it buying it, but i just called NRG and they said they're not sure if it'll fit; might have to fabricate it to work. OR if i wanted i would of drove to their office and let them check it out, but i'm in SF =(. The guy i talked to said it would fit the i4s, he also said it mounts on the driver side same as the pics on honda-tech. *shrugs*

Where is NRG located? Maybe someone closer can go to their offices and have it checked out.
