FS: 17x7 Centerline (13.5lbs) rims

As the title says these 17 x 7 light, strong and good looking rims up for sale. The only reason they have to go is due to need for wider tires, thus I need 17 x 8.

They fit from AV6 to Type S with 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern

Make/Model: Centerline/RPM
Weight: 13.5 lbs (each)
Size: 17"
Width: 7"
Tires fit: up to 225mm wide.
Condition: Good condition (ran about 6K mi)

I ran on 225/45/17. In addition, Rotora BBK fits fine as seen on below pic.

Price: $750 + shipping (rims only)

I have 17" by 8" 2004 Acura TL rims on my Accord sedan and if your offset is not more than 45mm you will rub in the back, with no extra weight. Just hit a dip at a little over 25mph and the rear fenders scrape the tire. My tires stick out. How much does the tire/wheel combo weigh? What kind of tire do you have?

Bump.

rim/tire: RPM 13.5 lbs rim + 24 lbs g-force T/A KDW-2 = 37.5lbs

Love them. Excellent dry/wet performance - check tirerack results.
BTW, KDW-2 tires not for sale except 2 Sumitomo HTRZ II and can include free of charge already mounted (rear)

^ which means your rotating inertia is extra 7.5lbs x 4 = 30 lbs more than mine

Here is a weight reduction 101 which frees up more power.

optima yellow 51R battery - 28lbs vs 42 stock.
rims/tires - 37.5 (my set up) vs 45lbs.
carbon fiber hood - 14lbs vs 41 stock.
remove spare tire - 28lbs.

I hope that is sarcastic, try pricing some forged rims (work, weld, fikse, hre, volk, mugen)

edit; more like $400+ a rim for other brands.

Are those the silver painted ones or the polished aluminum? Hard to tell from your pics.

Rims are not polished, painted silver (special paint) and on direct sun might look like polished.

Bump

I went to Centerline's website and saw that they were selling the 17" RPM wheels at $159 each new. That makes about $640 plus shipping for brand new wheels. I don't know how much shipping costs for them, however, but I'm just doing price comparisons as I'm not as well off as others.

Do you still have the tires, and are you willing to include them? If so, it'd help your selling point.

Here's the link to the catalog page with the price from Centerline.

I'm interested in buying them 02AV6.
I have some TL rims if your interested (probably not but felt like tossing that on the table)
As Kuya master mentioned they are too expensive when comapred to Centerlines web site.

Are tires included?
Let me know whats going on,
thanks,
Nick

WHOAH! I guess they recently lowered to $159 since I've got the best available price in 2004 for $280 each.

Due to this price change I will include the tires with 90% (front) and 80%(rear) tread, thus the complete package (rims/tires) are $675 shipped and you have this week only or I change my mind and just keep it. The front tires are BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2 (excellent dry/wet performance - link) and rear are Sumitomo HTR ZII both in 225/45/17 (also decent).

I guess it's between Kuya Master and Accord_V6_400m who were first to respond.
