Brand new Louis Vuitton Popincourt. I just bought it from Saks Fifth Beverly Hills. Copy original receipt is available.

I got my fiance the Popincourt Haut and Wallet w/Zip Pocket for Christmas, she loved it. The LV store in South Coast is absolutely bananas.

there's a few. there's one on MSN Groups called OALV - Only Authentic Louis Vuitton, and another on MSN Groups called LVLU - Louis Vuitton Lovers United. I like both, though I'm banned from both. lol. long drama story.

Both of those require application, and reputable status that you're not a fake-manufacturer, and that you're a real Louis fan. And the votes have to be unanimous to let you in. very frou-frou.

we have over 1,000 members.. but mostly about 2-300 that post and regulars on it. It's not a real "forum" format like v6p is, but people post things, loves, etc, and others comment, and comment on other things, etc.

Another reputable board is ALVA - Authentic Louis Vuitton Addicts. The board has currently closed membership at a little over 1,000 members.

most of the senior members on all forums/communities... myself included, can spot a fake bag within seconds of looking at it, no matter what design/style/etc.. and usually within 50feet. haha. we're pretty hardcore. and might i add/warn: slightly snobbish/b*tchy.. we're very against fake/counterfeit bags of any sort, especially LV's.

Hey frozen, I asked the rep at LV-SC if it's possible to get rolled handles on the Popincourt Haut (comes with straps), and he said later in 06 it would be possible to replace them with rolled (I'm assuming purchasing separate), is that true? The rolled looks a lot better to me and my fiance....

mmm yea.. how it works is you bring in the haut into the boutique and they do a repair service on the item as you described. they'll replace the existing handles with rolled handles... or just add them on.
