Are the gaskets required for the install of the thermoblok spacers? Where can I get some? For now, can I get dibs on the spacers?

Sure go for it

You can get the gaskets at any auto parts store and yes they are necessary to prevent intake leaks, I'll even install it for the person that buys it if they want

Never said I would pay for the trip over there

But yeah I have all the hardware for the kit except the gaskets.

If someone wants to buy them I'll get the gaskets for like $5 and do the install. I did the install on Kiet's car too.

hmmm i wud like the dual gauge pod, and i would do wat you did and put the ATF temp thing on one of them...but i would have no idea wat to put on the other one?!

and is your ATF temp thing an actual sensor that goes into your tranny line O.o or is there some sort of way to measure it that you just tap some wires etc

Did you notice any difference in performance with the outlaw spacers? If I decide to get them, can you pick up a set of gaskets for me and throw them in? Make it $65 shipped?

Yeah I can do that.

The performance is nice when everything is cold and it just doesnt get as heat soaked.

For those of us that have polished our intake manifolds we know how we got rid of that slight heat sink that the gritty stuff on the manifold made. That and to the touvh it got hotter from the extra surface area that we were able to touch. All in all I used to burn myself on the intake manifold and after I wouldn't If you keep the gritty material on, it will be ice cold like Maurices which is the reason I bought mine.

Haha, you have a supercharger of course its hot

But for the NA guy its something you can definantly notice to the touch not so much for SCed guys since the air can get as hot as 180F

Someone can always get a cool OBD2 scanner that tells what the IAC is reading and do a before and after. Either way its a cool mod that deserves more credit. Thats why a lot of the intake manifolds now days are plastic like the LS1 manifolds.
